Our Story
Since I was a kid, I've been fascinated by how things are made and how they work. The graveyard I left in my parents house of disassembled TVs, Blenders, phones and countless other devices attest to my childhood curiosity.
That same curiosity eventually evolved to include operations. I became fascinated by workflows, why some organizations consistently outperform others, and how thoughtful systems can transform the way people work.
My career has taken me through nearly every stage of operations, from production lines and custom manufacturing to domestic and international sourcing, warehouse operations, fulfillment, and executive leadership. Along the way, I've had the opportunity to lead teams, launch facilities, implement technology, improve safety programs, and solve complex operational challenges across a wide range of industries.
No matter the environment, my mission has always been the same: build safer workplaces, improve quality, eliminate waste, increase efficiency, and create systems that make work better for employees while delivering stronger business results.
Those experiences ultimately led to the creation of FlowState Ops.
I founded FlowState Ops because I believe every organization deserves practical operational leadership from someone who has actually built, managed, and improved operations—not just studied them. My goal is simple: partner with businesses to solve meaningful problems, build systems that scale, and leave every operation stronger than I found it.

I'm an engineer at heart and enjoy what I do. Thats no more evident than shadow boxing my home toolbox or using my 3D printer and CAD to design solutions in my home.
I enjoy building projects, indulging my wife's passion of books, playing board games, Legos (like every good engineer should), Star Wars, Zelda, and spending time with my wife and three daughters.
